AFTI Corporation has instructed SYM Network to terminate all existing contracts with various clients, including banks, insurance companies, colleges, manufacturing firms, government entities, FMCG brands, and others. This process will involve either letting contracts end naturally, returning remaining advance payments, or compensating clients through referrals.
The value of this deal is a staggering 1 crore 20 lakhs per annum. Group CEO of AFTI Corporation, Shraddhesh Acharya, commented on the initiative, stating, “It’s high time SYM Network serves its parent company for all marketing, branding, and advertising activities. We will use it for direct advertisements of current subsidiaries, investments, and future partnerships. I am sure it will create value at least three times greater than what we will invest annually.”
This move signals a significant shift in AFTI Corporation’s strategy, aiming to harness the full potential of SYM Network to enhance its own business interests and create substantial value.
